Here at Free to Fly Frenchies, it’s my vision to create the most beautiful, well-tempered, clearest breathing, overall healthiest and highest quality French Bulldogs that you can find. And it’s my mission to raise well-rounded, socialized, secure, and happy puppies that will make amazing companions for their forever homes.

No corners are ever cut in my program, parents are DNA health tested for all common congenital disorders and I have each of my breeding dogs OFA evaluated* at the minimum age of one to two years old. I am also now incorporating the PennHip** test, which is a superior and truly objective evaluation of the health of the hips.

Beautiful structure, great health, along with those irresistible sweet and silly personalities are each an essential priority when choosing a breeding pair in my program, while clear breathing and sound temperaments are of the utmost importance. NOTE: None of my dogs or puppies have ever needed any surgical intervention for BOAS symptoms.

My puppies are raised underfoot with kids, cats, and other family dogs. I spend all day, every day nurturing them so they know nothing but feeling safe, secure, and loved! 

I do daily desensitizing and socialization to foster a well-balanced, confident, and social puppy while preventing fear and anxiety. I also start with gentle corrections of behavior, so they begin to learn general manners, like not biting hard when playing. This allows a much smoother transition to basic training after your puppy comes home to you. 

I also pride myself on laying the groundwork for potty training! Your new puppy will come potty tray trained and understand the command “go potty.” This makes the potty training phase SO much easier for my forever families!

*OFA stands for the The Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, they hold a public database on radiographs (x-rays) and other genetic tests to rule out hip dysplasia and other genetic conditions. OFA evaluations are not the norm for most breeders to perform, this is me going one step above to produce only the healthiest puppies possible.
